Dylan Gallagher

Dylan is the newest member of the Melin Consultants team, joining as a Junior Technical Consultant and bringing enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a keen interest in building performance and sustainability.

Currently working towards his qualification as a Domestic Energy Assessor (New Dwellings), Dylan is developing his knowledge of energy assessment, SAP calculations, and the technical requirements that underpin energy-efficient residential developments. As part of his training, he is gaining hands-on experience across a range of projects, working alongside our experienced consultants to build a solid foundation in building compliance and energy performance.

Outside of work, Dylan is a keen swimmer and proudly represented Wales during his time at Swansea University. He also enjoys taking part in parkrun events and is a familiar face along the Mumbles Promenade, where you’ll often find him out training. His dedication, discipline and positive attitude both in and out of the workplace make him a valuable addition to the Melin Consultants team as he develops his career within the building performance industry.
